I see tons of tips and specific routines to help improve your bench and deadlift but cant really find anything for the squat. So is there anythings you guys recomend to really improve your squat? any specific tips?

Specific tips?

No.

General tips?
Good form, smart training, don't get stuck repeating the same workout over and over.

Ive already seen these vids and they where extremely helpfull with my form and supplemental exercise ideas. But im sure people still have tips when setting up their routine to improve their squat. I was just looking to see what everyone does differently and what kind of things have and have not worked for that person.

Search for the article Matt Rhodes wrote on elite fitness about a "raw" squat routine. That should give you a start.
