hello all, im back to stay! got a good diet goin and feeln good.

this is what i do now:

meal 1
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops protein powder

meal 2
MRP but swicthing to low carb labrada shakes

meal 3
6oz. chicken breast/or turkey
1/2 cup brown rice

meal 4
mrp

meal 5
6oz. chicken breast/or turkey
1/2 cup brown rice

meal 6
mrp

cardio right now is twice a day 9 min in morning , 8 min at night.

supplements are multi,glutamine 5gx2 a day and 5mg melatonin at night.

well the scale *only* goes to 450 and it doesnt show my weight so u can guess..i would say like 460. i was hear but not really posting.

since seein how your dieting has effect is so good for motivation and therefore for progress.

You really need to keep up man your only like 18 right?
you have enough time to get looking real good.

thanks everyone, ive been ok u know tryn to get a diet down and skool...

yeah i was thinking maybe measuring my waist would be a good way to see whats up.

yeah im gonna be 19 on june 20th. man im old :( lol

diet was good today same as me outline. no cardio today but will do tomorrow and training. need to buy some melatonin and shakes tomorrow, other then that it was str8.

ohh and i have to measure my waist..

diet: perfect!

cardio: 9 min. morning/8 min night...perfect!

training: 2nd set of bench my shoulder gave out. hurt and feels better now but ill see how it feels tomorrow.

waist: 64"(belly button), 59" under stomach

damn i forgot about yesterday, anyways today and yesterday was good, diet was on, cardio was on too. i think i might rent a storage warehouse and put a power rack in it and workout there cause the gyms are always packed and i dont feel to comfortable in packed places. so i might do that. anyways, i got to buy some supplements and stuff and ill be str8. see u tomorrow :)
