3,500 cals look like? as in how many meals and or supplments im skinny and really dont think i eat close to this amount of cals a day.. my nutrition is what is slowing me down..

want to ask a more specific question other than what 3500 calories looks like?

3 liters of semi-skimmed milk = 1500 cals
50 grams of peanuts = 280 cals
100 grams of oats + milk = 950 cals
130 grams of tuna = 130 cals
2 shakes of 25 grams of whey + 250 ml milk = 440 cals
100 grams of brown wholegrain rice = 350 cals
total = 3650 cals
should check out http://www.fitday.com/ and just keep adding foods you like until you hit the amount of cals, protein etc you need.
or even keep your own spread sheet of foods you eat and how many cals, proteins, carbs, fats etc are in them...... eventually you know roughly how many cals something is without looking

Although it will be easier to eat 3500 cals with fast food, and junk. Put in the extra effort to try to eat clean. Consider a good gainer as well. I like Kings write up but thats alot of milk lol.
