I'm going to be carb loading on Friday. I need to eat an insane ammount of carbs while keeping my protein and fats low. This is what i'm aiming for:
carbs 1500-2000g/day (4288 cals),
protein 167g/day (668 cals),
fat 50g/day (450 cals)
Now instead of shoving bread down my throat all day... Are there any efficient low fat, low protein, high carb supplements I should take?

Oats is a good suggestion... But it does come with 10g of fat per every 100g of carbs... Is there anything with a lower fat to carb ratio?

Dextrose, Waxy Maize.
Look at bagels, fat free cream cheese. A lot of different cereals. Eating 4000 calories of oats would be rough as hell. That is 13.3 cups of raw oats.

Do you have any idea the purpose of a carb load? Do you have any idea the amount of oats that is. Go read about what 20 grams of fiber per meal does to the average joe. And read about glycogen supercomsation while your at it.
I use my favorite cereals, hot tamales and twizzlers on my carb loads (amongst other things). Using simple carbs will make it much much easier to get that much down while staying low fat and not killing your digestive system.
I really can't see that kind of carb intake ever being necassary though, even pre marathan that seems rediculous. I'm 220 and have never been close to that, but if that's what you need.

Maltodextrin, dextrose, waxy maize is OK but makes me too full and would never be able to take down over 1,000 grams if I added it.
Powdered gatorade is dextrose, can mix that up with dextrose powder and fruit juice (pure stuff not high fructose corn syrup). Carbo force drinks by ABB are 110 grams and you could probably put down 5 of them in a day without too much discomfort.
Giant bowls of pasta, brown rice, etc.
Liquid carbs are going to be key and it is going to take a lot of discipline and timing to be able to eat that much. Will likely have to eat a moderately large meal every 1 1/2 hours and I would be prepared for potential extreme stomach discomfort.

I wouldn't recommend using oatmeal, it will really bloat you, especially at those amounts. It's fine to eat like 6 or 8 servings a day (150-200 grams of carbs) but not 2,000. :strong:

You can get cheaper, better Waxy products than the ON one, not that it is a bad product either. Why are you doing this carb load?

What is the purpose of your carb loading?
Replenish glycogen stores, raise leptin levels, or part of a CKD type diet.

I tried cytocarb II by cytosport and it seemed to work alright for what it is. About $10 for 2 lbs at Vitamin Shoppe and it is strait complex carbs in a dissolving powder form. You can probably pack about 400 grams of carbs into a water bottle if you really wanted to - doesn't mix up very thick.
The most that I took was 100 grams so am not sure how your digestive system will handle it but shouldn't be any worse than a similar amount obtained through whole foods.
Could be worth looking in to.
