Ok, im going to have to get you guys to help me figure out what in the world im doing wrong w/ my squats. im pulling 185lbs more than i can squat to parallel. what is wrong with me. im guessing its either flexibility or form or both. ill get a video the next time i squat. my knees are always really far forward in order for me to break parallel.
