Out of Date Creatine

I have a bottle of creatine hardcore 700mg caps.I bought these 2-3 years ago and theres still probably 180 capsules left are these still good? Theres no experation date or anything like that

Anybody? Id kind of hate to waste it but im not sure if it would still work the same.

id take them. but I have no sources to back me up on that other than the fact that i couldnt bring myself to buy more creatine when I had that much sitting in front of me.

If there is no expiration date and if the bottle looks the same now as it did then, then call up the company and say you just bought them and you believe they are out dated. Make something up and see what they say.

Well i honestly cant remeber where i got them that long ago, plus i probably took right around a 100, and it came with 280, so you can tell there are a few missing

if you stored it in a cool and dry place it's fine. it's a chemical so it degrades overtime like any other chemical, but 2 years in the container indoors should be fine.
