I've been trying to lose about 20 pnds while trying to shape the muscles I have. I'm losing my mind on what to eat and what not to eat. Can someone help.:confused:

You may not lose weight for a while when building muscle. For the last 4 months I've lost 4 inches off my belly yet the scale hasn't moved a bit. Make sure you take measurements and use those, not the scale.

Choose to either gain muscle or lose fat and then go for one of those. Just have a lot of protein and the recommended amount of calories for what ever you decide to do.

eat under 100g of carbs ed...and 2x your bw in protien....ex 200lb person =400 g of protien...drink plenty of water..
If you dont loose weight doing this see a dr..lol
