I have the uncle ben's instant rice (4 minutes in microwave).
I mix:
3 cups of rice
water
olive oil
put it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes
once its out and all the water is absorbed:
Add:
butter
grated cheddar cheese
diana sauce or your favourite bbq sauce
mix it all together, and eat up.
I worked it out and it came to about 600 calories (depending on how much cheese, butter, and olive oil.
It smells just like macaroni and cheese, and tastes even better. Add some oven roast turkey cold cuts (in small pieces) and you can add another 100 calories.
