Ryan really did awesome today.

Squat - 611

Bench - 534

Dead - 661

For the win in the bench only and the middleweight division.

All his lifts were spotless! He missed an attempt at a 700 dead.

Mike Tuschere deadlifted 821!! Very smooth pull also

I benched 501 with two missed attempts at 523 because of some rookie technique mistakes. Live and learn.

Great job Ryan!!

Even though he is skinny Ill give a shout out to Mike Lane who competed in the 181s and went 502/315/672. He took second place there. Nice job by him, especially on that DL.

Indeed, he is obsessed with deadlifting and has monkey arms. Suits him well. He is also unfortunately obsessed with cutting too. He was 250 at one point!

BTW, I should have added in my original post:

Congrats Ryan!

Ryan my brother, you won as we all know you would, great job!

How about my former training partner Scotty Smith beating Tuscherer!!!!! He is capable of an even bigger total on a better day, you gotta see this guy in person to see the brute strength he has on all three lifts!!

Respect to Schwab for cutting weight and putting up a great total to show he can do it with and without gear. It was really a no win for him but he showed BRASS NUTS to take the gear off and still compete, respect brother!

I am continually impressed by Celli, he's truly doing things that have never been done, you have to love anyone who sets the standard so high and makes everyone else work that much harder. Respect to Schwab and Conyers, like Celli, they continue to show that whether they are equipped or unequipped, they are just insanely strong. Some very impressive lifting.

Scott is freaky strong. I don't think he expected Weech to beat him.
Schawb is the man for sticking it out and doing the meet. I know he had a lot going on but kept his word.
