View Full Version : Gaining Weight but STAYING Cut

OK. first of imma give you my body type and shape... im 5 foot 6inches, 120 pounds, and im 14 about to turn 15. I have started a weight lifting class at school its Monday through Friday, and the class is 1 hour and 30 minutes long. I am naturally cut i have abs and pecks. What i want to do though is get bigger not fat bigger but muscle bigger. I talked to my weightlifting coach and he said the only way to do that is to eat more and put on a little weight. The thing is though how can i do this and stil stay cut like i am. A diet would be nice or just some guidelines to go by. Don't worry about the workout plan the weightlifting class will take care of that.

Also how many inches of pure muscle would i put on my arms in 18 weeks of hard lifiting, 5 days a week with out puting on extra weight.

And how many inches of pure muscle would i put on my arms in 18 weeks of hard lifiting, 5 days a week with putting on weight

1 more thing what is a good suppliment i can take to help me gte strong and bigger.

Any advice would be helpful.. Thanks

if you're naturally cut then your metabolism is probably high enough to handle more food. just lift and eat more. I doubt you'll gain much, if any fat.

Use the search function for figuring out what to eat.
If you want to put on substantial weight, just get a little fat for a few months and deal with it. At your age cutting weight is going to be incredibly easy.

Eat, gain some weight, and get big. Girls don't want the skinny kids anyway.

But if you want to stay cut like you are dont bother getting bigger cause you will put on some amount of fat. Have fun weighing as much as a Chipotle burrito.
