My weight increase has slowed down significantly the last weeks, so I wondered if a day off once a week, where I eat whatever I want without worrying bout how much protein and carbs etc the food consist of, is a good idea...Just thought that since you should alter your workout program every now and then to prevent stagnation, you need to alter your diet too...

Yes i would really like to know this information, if you are on a cutting diet, and are eating 1800-2000 calories a day... would it be ok to binge once or twice a week... what i mean by binging in my terms means consuming anywhere between 2000-2700 calories? I heard that doing so is healthy for it rids your body of cravings that you get if you totally deprive your body of junk food that you love

I would do it and have in the past. I'd keep it down to once a week though. Might be more likely to get off track if you do it more than that.
