Anyone ever lift in the APC? I am thinking of doing the Feb 22nd meet in Peoria,IL. Anyone here lifting?

I've thought about it. My girlfriend may do bench only at the meet. I've never competed before, and I've neglected to order a bench shirt.

a guy I see time to time at the gym lifts with the guys that are putting it on. He said it would be run well, tight judging, no gifts.

I was wanting to go single ply, but the fact that Peoria is in my backyard is pretty appealing.

I also heard the meet director is a good guy and runs good meets. I'm lookin' forward to it. He must be an experienced meet director because he also got the APC Nationals.
