I have been using creatine for about a week now (just finished loading for a week, yes i know it isn't necessary but i have heard arguments for and against, and it was a pretty good price anyways) and have noticed that my DOMS has greatly decreased, I pumped out a heavy squat workout, pushed a PB, and usually that wrecks my legs for at least a day or two, but this time only slight soreness. Its the same for my lats and chest. Anyone else notice this effect?
