Im getting bigger and havent decided if I am going to keep building and be bulky for spring break or cut down and be toned, but if I choose the toned way out, does anyone have a great anti-catabolic supplement that actually works?
thanks :lurk:

I would say a good quality PWO Shake seems to work very well, if I do any endurance activities... kayaking, following my girlfriend around at the mall for 3 hours, etc. then I will always have a good MRP shake when I get home (opticen).
For something to do during the activity you can try BCAA's. A lot of people like scivation brand, they are somewhat expensive but may be worth it depending on your sport. Some MMA fighters swear by endurox, I tried it for weight training and it seemed to actually make my training worse... but might not have had anything to do with the supplement.
BCAA's during and a balanced shake after any endurance work and you should be able to hold most of your muscle.
