im absolutely clueless about dieting im 150 pounds and need to gain at least 30 pounds but im willing to have it take time.. ive been consuming over 4k plus calories aday and it is not working could some one please take the time and help me make a plan for a day then of that id be able to make my own for different days. i just want to be doing the best i can be doing on everything i do and right now im sucking

If 4k a day isn't working try 4500. It really is that simple.

ehh honestly all im looking for is just like when to eat and how much.. at what meal i dont have it spread out good at all:newbie:

If you can't take 10 minutes to plan out a diet then your not going to get that far in the fitness game.

So what you're looking for is someone to do the thinking for you.

How about reading stickies and other posts from people that have the same issues you do? After you read and have more specific questions, then ask away.

This may seem obvious, but have you tracked your caloric intake at all? I thought I was eating tons of calories until I tracked myself for a few days. http://photosnag.com/img/1927/y08m1110mhmd/2.gif

yeah im eating 5k calories a day now

5000 calories and your not gaining.. wtf

I went from 145-173 and I started at 2500 calories.. and right now im bulking at 3200
