I'm just curious, what are some good everyday supplements to take? Should people who train for powerlifting take certain ones or does it matter?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Multivitamin, creatine, protein if needed.

What brand multivitamin would you guys recommend? Also, I thought you shouldn't take creatine everyday? Should I cycle it or just take it on my training days? Also, what brand would you recommend of creatine?

Multi is whatever you want. I use costco brand. ALN has a nice one too. Any quality creatine supplement will work. ALNs creatine 500 is a top quality one for a good price and they support this site. You take it everyday. Training or rest. The point of it is to keep your muscles constantly full of it, so you want to take it every day.

www.atlargenutrition.com has both like I said.

I have tried 15+ different multi and the best imo is American Healths - More than a Multiple hands down. You may be able to find it locally, but might have to order it online. If you dont get that, the one recommendation I can give is that you not get some cheap piece of crap from your grocery store.

I've had great results with Creatine 500, and I think a lot of other people would attend to the products quality. :)

Currently I take vitamin C, multi vitamin, fish oil, a glucosamine/msm/chondroitin supplement (which doesn't seem to help with the joints but this is the first time I've tried it...), creatine, caffeine in the mornings and before workouts. I'll be putting ephedrine back in there soon since I'm cutting now...
