Well I came on here a good while back now, I'd say around 2007 or so. Boy have I changed from looking through all my old posts, but anyway. I took peoples advise on this I just went and had good fun with friends etc, but once I hit 14 years old I lifted occasionally and then at my 15th birthday I started lifting weights again, not much though, weekly.
This is me before, btw I don't think upon this thread as a before and after.

I just went out and did teen things, pissed off neighbors, chased after girls I'd never get, stayed up to all hours playing Xbox Live and other things... but whenever I started lifted occasionally around 15 years old I did something to my knees which caused me to not able to play football (soccer), any longer. Thankfully a long rest did good and now I can go back to training "occasionally"...
This is what I turned out to be after occasionally lifting weights about 2 times a week through a hectic time at school...

So hopefully now with a lot of you guys help, I can get bigger. I basically want to stay lean, but with more muscle. Look forward to you guys replies and so on, but its sort of good to be back. ;)
