What foods contain zinc? And I heard that zinc is only fully absorbed on an empty stomach(that's why ZMA is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach). Does anyone know anything about this?

Just buy some zinc tabs. You can get like 100 50mg tabs for like $3.

ZMA sellers say not to take it with calcium-containing foods. This is basically bullsh*t, though. Even fairly large doses(500mg - 2g) of calcium have not been shown to significantly impact zinc absorption.

Oysters are the best source.

yeah i don't hink that warning has anything to do with zinc, but rather, magnesium and calcium will fight for absorption via the same channels.

It's both. But in both cases, doesn't really matter that much.
