Here's a comparison of me at 140 or 145, and again at 170. Also including a back shot. Doesn't really seem like a lot of progress for 30 lbs...Esp in my chest. I think most of the progress made was in my legs actually, but of course I don't have a before shot, so kind of pointless to post them now.

Any criticism/advice is appreciated. I'll update again when I hit 190 or 200 if I don't decide to cut at 190.

Pic on top is at 170, bottom at 140 in case you can't tell, haha.

Nice! You put on some weight for sure.
How are your lifts compared to before?

Bench is up ~60 lbs to 185x5x5
Squat up ~90lbs to 205x5x5...sad I know.
DL up ~120 to 235x5x5.

I know my numbers are way out of proportion, but I never really squatted/DLed prior to joining WBB.

In May of 2008 I was at 140, bulked for about 5 months to 170, then maintained until now. Now, it's onto 200. The 170 pic was taken about two days ago though...

^^^Started out with BGB for 5 mos., then SS for three, and back to BGB now for the last month roughly.

Squats take a while... no worries it took me almost 2 years to hit 315 from scratch. Now several months later I'm aiming high for 4 plates!
