I would start eating more. You are needlessly wasting muscle if you are losing weight that quickly.

Are you actually trying to lose weight? I'm not exactly sure what you're driving at. :) If this is *not* what you want, you obviously have to start eating a lot more food.

ya I'm trying to loose some chub, I bulked up but gained a bad percentage of mucle/fat.
So now trying to lose the fat and then rebuild without the ugly flab this time or atleast keep it to a minimum.
I definately lost some muscle, I feel weaker for sure, but a whole load of fats gone to...minus 2 inches around the waist noticeably leaner everywhere else, whereas my strength in the gym is down by nowhere near as much as I thought it would be for that much of a weight swing. I Dunno i think my mistake was lowering calories too much too soon.... felt like the fat was piling on so quick when I was bulking that I must have been well over maintenence, figured 3000 would be a good starting point, guess not if you have an alein like metabolism lol... oh well I should rebound quickly when this is over via muscle memory and least its lesson learnt for next time round.

16 pounds in 3 weeks is a serious feat. What are you taking to do this? Im curious. You taking a fatburner and/or supplements?

I lost 30lbs on 30 days (yeah I know it sounds like a diet commerical). I was an extreme ecto in highschool. I took a job at the airport, I walked about 12 miles a day, and did a lot of heavy lifting. No matter how much I was eating I could not keep the weight on.
