Any advice about this stuff? I was told to give it a try. I hear it gives you a tingly feeling when you take it and improves muscle focus & gives you more reps & better workout sessions.

Has anyone tried it? If so what do you think of it?

I have found beta-alanine to be an effective supplement. It does seem to provide the best benefit in terms of muscular endurance. Generally it is used as a pre-workout supplement but I have also see recommendations that you break up the doses throughout the day.

Seems like the ideal dose is around 3.5 grams and if you do take it down quickly you will get a tingling sensation, somewhat similar to the flush that is felt from niacin.

There is a great training support supplement that combines Beta-Alanine, Creapure Creatine, HMB, and Dextrose called "Results" by AtLarge Nutrition.
