We have a meet coming up (full meet) but all of us are just doing bench this time around. Here is a short vid of us trying to find out openers. I am the dude in the red Katana. I dumped 405 the 1st time around, my shirt was too tight and pulled too low...I have packed on 18lbs in the past 2 months. So I tried 385 with no belt and my shirt higher and I nailed it. So I will be opening this Saturday at 385!

Nice work man, seems like you have a good group of guys to work with. Gl in your upcoming meet man. Keep us updated with more training vids too, lets see a squat day =D

yeah, even if I just got my opener...that is a 20lb PR for me in a meet. My goal is over 400lbs!! I know it isnt much for a 242lb dude..but its my second meet and I am stil learning shirts...but so far I love this sport! I am going to buy a DL suit soon and do some push/pulls!

400 is a lot to me. im 320+ and bench a lot less than you. good job lol.

yeah thats why I love powerlifting..you lift as a team, as a family. Its great having a bunch of ppl with the same goal as yourself..really pushes everyone.
