I figure it's time to put up a few progress pics. The first two are towards the end of my bulk. I think I'm around 205lbs - 208lbs the end of December. I'm 4 weeks into my cutting and 195lbs today. I am going to cut for another 4 weeks then go on my vacation, after that I'll figure out where to go from there. I imagine after two weeks of sitting on the beach drinking margaritas I may have to cut a bit again....lol.

Damn, your biceps are big for your size. What do your arms measure?

Also, look much better after the cut.

FUBAR........LOL

Thanks for the comments guys. Ive been working pretty hard at it. The biggest thing that I've learned this time around is PATIENCE. My arms have always seemed to respond faster than any other body part....I wish I could get my chest to catch up.

Not a whole lot of a difference since the last post but about 8lbs lighter. I've lost a bit of muscle mass I think but over all I'm happy so far. I've decided to cut to 180lbs then maintain and try "body recompositioning". Never done it befor so I'm gonna have to do a bit of research and ask alot of ? on here. 27146

Good work fella. In the original pics it looks like you lost a lot more than 10lbs of fat, more like 20. Them arms is awesome too.

Well I'm back from my holliday and happy to say that I only gained about 3lbs back. There was even a half decent gym facility where we were so I got a few work-outs in as well. Now It's balls to the wall for the next few months. My goal is to hit 180lbs by May which is only about 8lbs. Wish me luck....this last few lbs is going to be murder lol.

Big difference in pics mate, stomach looks much more solid and flat in the last set of pics and you're still packing the guns. Good work.

Before I get too far into the "bulking" I should throw up some pics to let you see where I got to. This is me at 175lbs beginning of June. Over all I'm really pleased with the results of my first serious cut. I would have liked to see a bit more ab definition but I think I need a bit more development in that area, so I'll be focusing on abs a bit more during this bulk.

Awsome! This should be shown to all those guys starting out that are afraid to "loose their abs" and are afraid to bulk. Nice work.

you are the exact same height as me, and similar BF % when I was 10lbs heavier. Let me tell you something. You look WAY heavier in the after pics. And if you keep it up and drop another 10lbs to put you under 10% You will look ridiculously big. I would take it nice and easy after vacation and work on lean gains. Most people here will tell you to eat baconators and pack on the weight but I disagree. You will look better than 99% of the population year round and a mini cut is all it will take to get back to being super lean.

Thanks Unholy, that means alot coming from a guy who has an article on this website about his success. I am definatley concentrating on building quality muscle during this bulk. I'd rather do a 3 month cut next time as opposed to a 6 month like this time. 6 months was a long time to be hungry!! Hopefully I'll finish my next cut around 190lbs but it's a little early to set that # lol.
