My friend has been lifting for a few years and wants to take something to increase in size. He does have a heart deffect nothing critical but he cant take ephedrine or anything similar. What are some supplements that dont have the heart side effects to increase size besides protein?

Sounds like your friend would just want to stay away from any stimulants or anything that could effect his hormone levels.

Things he should not take: Prohormones, Fat Burners, some weight gainers, Steroids.

Things that he should take: Protein, Creatine, fish oil.

As with anyone who has medical conditions all of this should be talked about with his doctor prior to taking any supplements.

they said its like palpitations. If he drinks alot his heart skips a beat.

Does he have any underlying cause for the irregular rythm?
