Hey guys,

I've been recommended these

Nitrean or Opticen (protein supplements)
Creatine 500 (Creapure TM creatine monohydrate)

Do you think buying these two would be a good choice? What do you guys think, Nitrean or Opticen?
Or am i better of just buying 100% Whey Gold?

Cheers.

Nitrean is a protein shake to help get all the protein you need in a day. Opticen is a shake specifically designed for post workout. If you could only get one i would personally go with the nitrean.

Creatine has worked for me but at large results worked better.

what about Maximus?

All depends on your goals. Maximus is a weight gainer. Opticen is a MRP/PWO shake, and Nitrean is just a protein blend. If you want to gain weight it would be Maximus then Opticen then Nitrean. Reverse that order if you are trying to lose weight.

Opticen is my favorite because of the versatility, you can throw in some milk / fruit / peanut butter and make it into a weight gainer, it is perfect for post-workout, can replace meals when cutting, and can also be used between meals for bulking.

Creatine 500 is also an effective product, your best bet will be to take it with dextrose to increase uptake efficiency.

Cheers guys.

Now one final thing i wanted to ask. My mate wants to gain weight at the same time, as he is quite thin, so would it be best for him to get Maximus, while i get Results, because i am trying to gain strength and size?

Would creatine 500 also be another good purchase, along with Results for myself, and Maximus for my mate?

Cheers.

Creatine 500 is actually one of the components of Results, so if you buy the Results you do not need to add creatine on top of that.

Maximus is great if your friend is trying to gain weight. One shake per day mixed with milk and some peanut butter, olive oil, eggs, etc. will boost up his calories by over 1,000.
