What different ways do you guys prepare Maximus? ratios, with other foods, liquids.....
I couldn't find any prep instructions so I simply take 2.5 cups of water (heated) and mix 3.5 scoops of Maximus and blend using a wisk not a blender.
The blender makes it took foamy. I love hot chocolate so it's a treat twice a day for me to have it.
