Just kind of wondering if I should bulk... I'm only 5ft 10" and I'm sitting at about 205ish now... Doesn't feel like I weight that much considering I see guys all over this site that weight a lot less but I feel like I'm the same "size" as them...

Body fat doesnt look too high so I say bulk.

Are you comfortable with your body fat percentage? The only downside to bulking when you arent lean is that you are going to add some fat, and quite likely increase your body fat. If you are comfortable with that, lets add some mass! If you dont like the sound of it, maybe you should lean out some first.

I think usually for "beginners" who are in middle ground its a personal choice. Either way you win though! Best of luck.

I kind of started bulking the day I posted that... I'm up to about 218 now... :)

Think I'm going to push up to 225 or 230 and then cut...

Wow.. to much weight in to little time imo. A majority of that is going to be pure fat/water weight.

I would focus on getting in shape. Lots of skin there to fill with muscle.

You could go either way....but I am leaning more towards a cut.

Maybe be water... but 90% of that was clean eating and supp's...

I'm sorry but you need to keep at it or change your routine.

I was 220 and about 29%BF when I started... I've come along way...

I think Tom said something like it's only possible for a person to gain 1 - 1.5 pounds of muscle mass per week... If you gained 10 lbs, that's a terrible muscle to fat ratio... You need to slow down the bulk.

Clean eating does not mean clean gains.

I'd probably do a slow bulk or maintain.

Do you feel fat or skinny?

Go the opposite of your answer.

id say spend some time getting that bodyfat right down so you can see a visable 6 pack then bulk you will benefit more in the long run.

Clean bulk. Eat as muich oatmeal, yams, potatoes, brown rice, veggies, fish, chicken, and lean cuts of beef that you want. Train hard and consistent and add in some gpp work. You'll get where you want to. I keep preaching it, but consistency is key.
