I just started using Hydroxycut, and it recommends that I take the pills about an hour before my meals. Right now I'm only taking one in the morning until I get used to them.
The thing is, when I get up in the morning, I like to eat right away. So my question is, would there be a problem with me taking them WITH my breakfast, or maybe 20-30 minutes before, rather than an hour?
