Comments Did this session at my house, got some looks from the neighbors at home doing the farmers in the street. I hope this is good, but i really felt like i could have gone for much longer training

How do you like the program so far after 2 cycles?

Honestly, i love it.
It gives me slow, steady progression on my main 4 lifts. Also, it gives me freedom to vary my assistance exercises. This might not be good, but i rarely do similar sessions for each day.
Thats one proble i have though, i should keep my assistance exercises more stable, consistent.
