I had a journal on here before, forgot to update it, hopefully ill be better on updating this bad boy, here is the workout from yesterday, on third wave of 5/3/1
Notes: All reps done deadstop with a belt. I felt strong and i noticed that i pushed through my heels extremely well today and felt hamstrings/glutes activate more. I barely felt it in lower back today.
Farmers Walks-weight per hand
Notes: Havent done these in forever. I need to get back in the groove. Wore belt on last three sets.
Comments Did this session at my house, got some looks from the neighbors at home doing the farmers in the street. I hope this is good, but i really felt like i could have gone for much longer training

How do you like the program so far after 2 cycles?

Honestly, i love it.
It gives me slow, steady progression on my main 4 lifts. Also, it gives me freedom to vary my assistance exercises. This might not be good, but i rarely do similar sessions for each day.
Thats one proble i have though, i should keep my assistance exercises more stable, consistent.

i am about to finish my first cycle,i have been keeping my assistance stuff the same and trying to add wt/reps each week..
btw,on your farmer walks what do you use,i wanna start doing them...
also,i was wondering if you think farmer walks are best for grip strength.

Axle Clean and Jerk
150x8C, 8J in 50 seconds. PR!...puked after this set. my conditioning is weak, or i just ate too close to training.
*not strict, body english. Took bigD's advice in his journal for me and did these standin up, squeezing glutes, not leaning over too much to help with upper portion of stones
Band superset with monster minis
.****ing done. my upper body feels destroyed

*decided to cut percentages down to make bigger jumps, less accumulated workload*
*lapped stone, held it in lapped position for 5-10 seconds, then stood up, extension hahah*
*im really confident i could meet one of my goals and get the 240 onto a 40" platform or higher in the next few weeks*
215x1 full extension
2 runs of that, little rest.
2 arm KB Snatch
90x20(to get blood in lower back, loose form)

*did 160x10 last cycle, so progress is progress*
BWx18...this si a PR for me, but shoulder was bitching at me, might drop dips for a bit.
