Its time. I am done with being small and weak. 141. 8 lbs 5 feet 9 and soft. Ive decided to do starting strength until i feel strong enough for a new routine. Currently i am very busy with work and work 10 - 12 hours per day. Therefore, i have decided to do gomad which is drinking 1 gallon of milk per day. My goals are to get stronger, gain weight, and finally follow through with every thing.

Diet : Meals at 7am 10am 1pm 4pm 7pm and 10pm

Gallon of milk per day, eat plenty of protein, don't skip meals.

Damn im skinny. skipped my workout today, no particular reason just didnt feel like lifting.
DIET:
1 gallon of milk 2,400/128
1/2 weight shake 450/15
hash 600/33
lasagna ?/?
1 ham n ch sandwich ?/?
1 turkey n ch sandwich ?/?

Total= 3,800/190

Im gonna take a shower and finish up the last of the gallon of milk and have something to eat. hopefully be in bed by 10 and be energized for tomorrows workout.

You can't go wrong - just train regularly, eat well and get plenty of rest...good luck packing on mass.

Still skinny but ive been eating like crazy. Worked out today for the first time in about 2 weeks, it felt really good.

Workout:

Squat 3 sets 5 reps 155
Bench Press 3 sets 5 reps 155
Deadlift 1 set 5 reps 205
Decline db press 2 sets 8 reps 40 lb db's

Diet:

Gallon of milk 2400/128
protein bar 350/32
hash 600/35
turkey sandwich ?/?
ham sandwich ?/?
2 hot pockets 700/20
2 tbsp pb 300/12

Totals = 4350/227

Im gonna finish up my gallon of milk and eat some peanut butter before i go to sleep.

yeh man i kno, ive been trying for so long and i cant stay consistent, most amount of time ive lifted in a row was 6 weeks and i was at 170 lbs...

Good day so far, already done with my milk and eating dinner as we speak. turkey mashed potatoes n peas with a glass of milk, . I gotta stay consistent with everything and i will achieve my goals...thanks for all the replies guys

Back again with the same old goals .
Looking to pack on lbs and muscle.
I finally joined a gym and it was much easier to stay consistent on my workouts.
One problem, i injured myself working and now my back hasn't been the same for about 3 months.
I just started light duty at work so now i finally have time to recover.
In this time of recovery i plan on eating more, working on my form for my lifts, and getting more flexible.
The only exercise i plan on doing is bench pressing, because i have re-injured myself a few times doing other simple exercises.

sure there are, but to tell u the truth im scared of doing anything else. ive reinjured my back doing many things including simply running, squating, deadlifting. i dont want to take any chance of reinjuring myself, its not worth it to me. i will get better and i believe its all about rest, once i can go light weight i will, but til then i rest, eat, and learn.

Went to Dr. today and he reffered me to a physical therapist and i start that next wednesday. Hopefully this will help me get back into weight lifting sooner, but im not rushing anything...
