I drink the protein shakes that have 42 grams of protein and 300 calories. They also supposedly have a lot of vitamins and minerals in the shake too. Is this a legit protein source?

Yeah Myoplex isn't a bad protein by any stretch, I would certainly check out any of Atlarge's products though, they do make a great product, and host a very nice message board for us to use...
