Would anyone like to share what kind of cardio and workout during a cut, as well as what their beginning and ending body fat was, Stuff along those llines. Right now im bulking and not cutting for a few months but I'd like ot get a head start and try and figure out what i need to do

*Keep lifting hard.
*Keep your protein intake up
*Cut calories below maintenance
Cardio is optional. As long as calories in is less than calories out you will lose weight.

The best thing you can do, I think, is minimize the fat gain on your bulk.
Low Reps heavy Weight
HIIT cardio 2-3x a week
