So I am just getting into training and my short term goals are to cut body fat and just get into better shape. I'm going about this from a weight training angle because long term goals are to have a decent muscle mass as well.

So my plan pertaining to Creatine is to use for the first 2 months while weight training and HIT. My understanding is that this will help my strength and growth, and a side affect will speed up fat burning process. Downside is it wont bennifit me in terms of the lean appearance I am initially striving for due to water wieght.

Is this accurate? I'm thinking 2 months on while strengthening and then off a month to help see the glorious results. (possibly see an abdomen muscle that has been hidden for 15 years :hump:)

The difference in looks between creatine and not will not be noticable at all. I've never seen any physical difference. Some people hold 2-3lbs of water when on it, some don't. I would just stay on it.
