Good day! I have been working out off and on for about 6 years now, I weigh 210 lbs, I am 30 years old and really quite strong. I can lift a lot of weight and just started taking supplements to see if I can take myself to that "next level" I would still love to loose about 15 lbs of stomach fat but figure that through diet and ab workouts I can do that.
Here is my question, I am taking Creatine (powder), protein shake in the morning, 100,000 HU of Cayenne(2X), Sarsaparilla, GNC Thermogenic fomula. I work in an office and the gym is on-site. I really want to bulk up on muscle and I work out mostly 5 times per week, three days weights, 2 cardio. I find that I only take all my supplements and creatine the days that I am working out. Is that O.K.?
Does everyone take their Creatine and supplements during the weekend as well? What is better?
I work as a buyer and somedays a supplier will come take me out for lunch and so I skip working out that day. Should I still take all my supplements?
