Okay so I take 100% WHEY but I am looking to find a real breakfast shake with the WHEY powder. I own a blender and usually have things like bananas, frozen berries, milk, and yogurt around. Anyone know a tastey and nutritional breakfast shake I can conconct with this?

Taste is entirely subjective. I love things that other people couldn't imagine eating. The only way to know is to try.

Ask yourself why you are taking whey. Are you doing to be like everyone else? PAy attention to the grams of protein vs the grams of fat. Forty grams of protein powder in addition to the fruit and milk is a great way to start the day. DO the same for your post workout shake and you have the basis on which to grow big.

dude, it may sound crazy, but add orange juice to ur post workout shake with chocolate protein and ice, its amazing, even better with milk and a little bp, some people think its gross but i think its amazing, the orange makes the chocolate tastelike some crazy gummi bear icecream type thing, idk just try it lol

also the natural sugar in the orange juice is a good form of quick carbs to splike insulin after u train and help u recover along with vitimin c.
