hi guys im eating atlas weightgainer daily and now and after every1 day creatine ester ethyl

i get diorreiha does you guys get that?

1 cup of fiber one cereal per day. Mix 2 oranges with about 2-3 cups spinach or dark green lettuce and 1-2 cups water, drink one of these per day. Problem solved.

Just to reinforce the above posts, Id say your diet in general lacks fibre. Ive never heard of constipation being a side effect of CEE or weightgainer shakes.

I eat weetabix in the morning which is a whole wheat cereal.

and throught the day Il eat busicuits,cakes, chips, pure fruit juices, chapatti's which is made with flour,

still get diorrehia

Im having a hard time understanding the OP. Dearrhea and constipation are complete opposites.

i once bought it and it was the worse supplement i ever tried... after 1 glass of goop i threw the whole tub out

Lay off the weight gainer.

Replace it with a shake comprised of whole milk, protein powder (be it blend, whey, what have you), oats, ice cream and natural peanut butter. Alternatively, if you are hungry, just eat a meal.

Frequent diarrhea is a bad thing and may indicate that your body is dehydrating and you're not getting enough nutrients through your diet.

As mentioned above, constipation is the inability to poop, which seems to be the last of your problems.
