View Full Version : Question about when I lift

As I said before its been almost 12 months since iv seriously started working out again. My question is, I normally do 4 sets of 12 reps each when I work my biceps, But when iv been lift I can just make my 3rd set, when I go to my fourth I feel I have the power but its like my arm shuts down and I have no strength in a way and I cant even curl anything unless I take like a 20 min break. But when I worked my triceps (obviously on a different day) I can do ALOT more and do more sets and reps.

Is that because I have not built up my strength yet?
