ok i have a 11inch box that i squat to, but i notice people using some high boxes 2 and i understand that they help with different sticking points.

My question is what heights of boxes do you use?

some more experienced lifters will use a slightly above parallel box because it saves their hips but they know they can hit parallel at a meet. Usually a week or two out they'll drop the box down to at or below parallel

its different for each lifter man. Unless you're the same height and build of a given lifter, it doesn't matter what height box they are using

I have used a box ~1-3 inches above parallel a few times on my ME days just to get used to walking out and squatting with heavier weights. I have read that high box squatting has been more popular with geared lifters than raw lifters because of better carryover to geared squatting. There is an interesting article on the westside barbell website about using foam blocks to squat into rather than a high box. Anyhow to answer the question, as I said I have used 1-3 inches above parallel on ME day.
