Hot sauce or salsa?

Or a little feta or Parmesan cheese (lots of flavor for a little bit of cals)?

Chopped tomatoes, green pepper, onions?

Why not add diced pepper, tomatoes and onion. As far as quantity goes add what looks like the right amount.

Remove the seeds and skin from the tomatoes (pop them in a pan of very hot water for 5-10 seconds and the skin will come away really easily when you cut into it.)

Or try scrambled eggs with worcester sauce if you want something really quick.

Shredded cheese!

fat free if you want even more protein
2%-full fat if you're looking to bring up your fat ratio

--get lean turkey pepperoni and put chopped pieces in while the eggs are cooking
--try different seasonings and spices, I actually got a container of pizza seasoning I use to make the omelet aromatic
--different salsas
--have some lean turkey bacon on the side
--make cheesy scrambled eggs :)

Throw in some kraft's fat -free singles to make an omlette. 5g protein per slice of cheese. Any kinds of veggies.

Personally when I make scrambled eggs all I use is a little salt.In regards to your omlette question,I make the following suggestions

1)Instead of butter use flavored cooking spray
2)A little shredded cheddar*not too much*goes a long way.
3)Try a little salt and or a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash

And BamBam you use Peanut Butter:eek: well I must say that is unique

personally i just use good old cheese, and some hot sauce, but i'm not particularly fat-phobic either.
