Despite how funny this cartoon is, sadly it is quite accurate. People are very misinformed about health and nutrition which I believe is one of the main contributors to the obesity epidemic.

It's the decieving packaging that leads people into believing they are eating healthy. I dono whats more annoying tho, the ignorant people like the one in the comic above or the health freaks that critique others as a way to toot their own horn. I work with one of those guys and it is pure arrogance.
