I recently started using Hydroxycut. I am not obese (not even overweight), but I have those last few layers that are hiding my abs which I am anxious to get rid of. I eat pretty healthy but can't seem to get the "cut" definition I am looking for. I also want to bulk up a little more (maybe another 10-20 pounds).
My question is, am I being unrealistic in using Hydroxycut with other products -- are they going to "counteract" one another? In addition to the Hydroxycut, I am taking a multivitamin, and using Whey Protein, am going to start on Creatine today, and I also take Myoplex sometimes. :help:

Choose one or the other. Trying to lose fat and add muscle at the same time, unless you are just starting out or are using drugs, will generally lead to success in neither.

No, there is no problem in doing this.

You're being unrealistic in thinking Hydroxycut will automagically make your abs show through. Eat correctly for what you're trying to do, and maintain a solid workout regime. Value your heart a little bit, man.
The only things you shouldn't take are other EC supplements.

I'm not. I didn't say I expect it to be my magic ab pill. I already have some ab definition and they're almost popping through, it's just that last little bit that I can't seem to lose. I do eat well, albeit I admit not ideally.
