At the moment I take 1 multi-vitamin tablet a day, it contains 330mg of Vitamin C.

How much Vitamin C should I be consuming? I heard 1000mg per day.

If you lift intensely, anywhere from 2000-3000mg a day would be sufficient.

vit c doesnt cause any problems. more is better with this vitamin

Wow, 330mg from the multi-vitamin tablets isn't sufficient. Damn all this is gonna cost me more money :(

lol, just buy some 1g tablets. I use Twinlabs C-1000 tabs. 100 tabs in a bottle/not that expensive...
