View Full Version : Loading on Carbs to help recovery?

I am trying to do research on the use of carbs to help in recovery. Based on this, I am thinking that I can up my carbs and maintain them at a certain level and I will be able to workout harder and recover faster. This would obviously be for a bulk. Is there an equation for this? Has anyone used various carb loading to help recover faster ?

Look up nutrient timing. You will find tons of stuff on it. I am a firm believer.

If you work out harder then its fine to incres carbs in your body.
