Hey guys I told one of my workout partners about all the 405 for rep videos popping up on here and in the spirit of good competition (which is why I think were all here) he wanted me to post his video for him. He is currently prepping for the raw meet in April in Dallas.

Yeah he just did 455lbs. for 9 today, at the END of his workout.:eek:
