just wondering what exactly would happen if someone who has been working out at medium intensity gets all the proteins without the calories?
example, i'm 160 lbs(at 5' 10). on a daily basis i'm getting 150-200 grams of proteins in. calorie intake ranges from 1000-1500 calories. sometimes peeks at 2000.
and i'm not really starving. i am eating regularly at every 2-3 hours with 3-4 big meals. the only thing is that all the things i'm eating are very low in calories and very high in proteins...
stuff like protein shakes that give less than 100 calories
lots of fish
cottage cheese
turkey
boiled chicken
nutrient cereals
and substituting pops/juices with V8s and such...
