I am planning on competing in the raw portion of the AAPF nationals on April 3rd. I have two options that I am considering as far as deloads go before then. I could deload next week the have 3 weeks of hard lifting followed by another deload. This would get me to the last week in March in which I would try to hit my openers then compete the next week. Alternativly I could hit the weights hard next week then deload the week after followed by 3 weeks of hard training then a deload in the last week of March and finally the meet. I would love some advice as to which of these options would be better or if there is a better alternative that I have overlooked I would love to hear it. Thanks.
