Would Maximus be appropriate for an amateur who is merely trying to put on some noticeable weight/mass?

I don't want to be big. I just don't want to be small.

I'm a college student and getting enough meals in is nearly impossible. I lift and drink whey protein shakes, so I figured I could just substitute my protein shake with a Maximus shake for the extra calories.

Also, I'm lactose intolerant. Is that going to be an issue?

What are your thoughts?

Depending on your degree of lactose intolerance it should not be a problem.

MAXIMUS will be just fine for your goals.
