Been dieting for about 7 weeks now, losing about 13 lbs. but the loss seems to have stagnated. I'm afraid to go any lower on the daily calories. (maint. prior was 3,800 daily)
I was using a 40/20/40 ratio (p/f/c) and was considering changing to a 40/40/20 ratio to continue with the last bit of fat loss.
Anyone have any experience with these ratios ? Comments/suggestions welcome.

Calories: 2,500
Protein: 250g
Fats: 111g
Carb: 125g
Stats:
Beg. Weight: 218
Current Weight: 205
