Some more pics of the last year. From 235lbs to 195. I was really unhappy being so heavy, and needed a change. Any constructive criticism would be awesome. I am a long way from where I want to be. Thanks.
I had trouble loading the pics... but its pretty obvious which is me at 240lbs.
