This was my first time bencing off the roller, and I liked it, but I'm thinking of getting a 1/2 roller so I can go with more of a full ROM. It felt like about 2 1/2 - 3 boards except that you sink in and although I made it a point to not bounce the weight I did feel some speed / rebound out of the bottom.

Overall I think this would be a good lockout builder and help to train the CNS by handling heavier weights. I might give it a try with reverse bands to get even more crazy.
